February is often referred to as the month of love. During this time we celebrate special relationships, treasure fond memories of loved ones we hold dear in our hearts and dedicate the 14th day to express love in a plethora of ways. Our expressions of love should not be limited to a single period in time. There are 12 months, 52 weeks and 365 days in a year to celebrate the gift of life and love. As such, we should cherish each moment, frequently communicate our appreciation for others, prioritize time with loved ones and give thanks to God for life and love! I will close this post with a motivational poem titled Life and Love by Julie Coburn. Wishing you love, peace and happiness throughout the year!
Life and Love
Life’s like a book — a chapter, a page.
Remembering our youth as fast as we age.
Life is a song; we choose what to sing.
Living is hard; what will it bring?
Memories we cherish through family and friends.
Roots never broken; love never ends.
Life is a gift, so live it today.
Through struggle and heartache, we still find a way.
Through happiness and laughter,
Heartache and tears,
Good times and bad times,
Facing our fears.
From mountains to stars, our atoms are one.
The body may perish, but the soul lives on.
Life is the love we give and receive.
It defines our legacy and the mark that we leave.
With gratitude,

Beautiful! I agree that life is a gift. The body may perish but the soul lives on. As stated, love should be demonstrated everyday of our lives because we don’t know what tomorrow is going to bring. It could be sunshine or it could be pain. So let’s remember to tell our love how much we love them daily. Also, thank you Angela for taking time out of your busy schedule to remind us about the importance of sharing love daily because our special day may not come. ❤️🙏🏾
Thanks Mom! Much love and appreciation.❤️
